A copy of the District"s Sexual Harassment policy shall:

Be sent to all schools with instructions that the Sexual Harassment Policy must be posted in the Main Offices, Teacher Offices, Parent and Counseling Centers;

The Sexual Harassment Policy will be distributed at the Principal Meetings (High School, Middle School, and Elementary School and the Child Care Development Centers) with instructions that it must be posted in the Main Offices, Teacher Offices, Parent and Counseling Centers;

Each year the Sexual Harassment Policy will be printed in the Facts for Parents which is distributed to all parents.

The Sexual Harassment Policy (English | Spanish ) will be posted on the District website under the Title IX Coordinator link.

The Sexual Harassment Policy shall be included in any other notifications that are sent to parents/guardians at the beginning of each school year (Education Code 48980)
